Currently, I am the Administrative Coordinator for International Relations in GCUB, a Brazilian Association in the area of international university cooperation, composed of a network of 101 associated universities in Brazil and abroad. Over the past year, I have been actively involved in all stages of logistical coordination of Academic Missions and international events in the five continentes (for example: Mexico, China, Dominican Republic, Switzerland, Finland, Turkey, Italy, Argentina, Angola), in partnership with several international institutions from 40+ countries. I also had the opportunity to work in close cooperation with the Department of Educational Themes of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Brazil and Embassies of Brazil worldwide.As the one responsible for institutional administrative matters, I was able to strengthen skills such as critical thinking, the ability to be solution-oriented, organization, proactivity and priority management in a challenging and dynamic work environment. Additionally, I directly liaise with the Association's Executive Board and Institutional Committees, all composed by Brazilian Rectors and PhD professors with recognized expertise with university international cooperation.

During the pandemic, I had the opportunity to exercise my English and develop organizational and interpersonal skills as an English Teacher for teenagers and adults. All the proposed study material and the dynamic of each lesson was planned taken into consideration the different needs and levels of knowledge of my students.

As a member of the Sales Consultants team of Egali Intercâmbio in Brasilia, I provided consultancy and assistance to clients in the field of international education in partnership with language schools in 13 countries, engaging through phone support, face-to-face and/or virtual meetings, and by delivering presentations at target institutions. This role allowed me to enhance my interpersonal skills while interacting with all the different stakeholders within the company. In my second year, I received the title of Pontuadora Egali 2019. This title stands for "Egali Top Scorer 2019", which is an internal recognition for the top 50 performers in the company's sales ranking, among a total of 600 employees at the time.

I had the opportunity to work in three different Departments of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Brazil: the Working Group for the Presidential inauguration (2014 - duration: 1 month), the Investment Division (2015 - duration: 1 year) and the Division of International Acts (2017 - duration: 10 months).From these experiences, I learned how to manage administrative tasks on a daily basis, occasional Portuguese-English translations and file organization of the archives of the sections. Furthermore, this experience provided me with a better understanding of logistics and organization of official events, such as the Presidential Inauguration in January, 2015, and the Brazil-China Business Meeting held in the Itamaraty Palace in May, 2015. I was also part of the maintenance and content management team for Concordia, an online platform providing public access to the Brazilian Government's international acts and cooperation treaties, directly contributing to the publicity of 300+ International Acts of the Brazilian government.
