During my traineeship I assisted lawyers in assignments relating to employment law, as well as family, criminal, contract and immigration law. My tasks included drafting legal documents, such as appeals and applications for summons, as well as research work and correspondence with authorities. The duties were carried out independently and required a lot of responsibility.

During my traineeship I assisted lawyers in assignments relating to Finnish employment legislation. My tasks included demanding research work, correspondence with authorities and considerable amount of independent contact with clients. I also drafted, prepared and translated various kind of documents and other material for lawyers and clients (both national and international). I carried out my duties in Finnish and English.

Hugo Sinzheimer Moot Court Competition aims to improve the knowledge of employment and labour law at the European level. Our team consisted of three students and we wrote written statements for both Claimant and Defendant in the case. We received a prize for excellent written statements.
