Over the course of this long-term assignment I had an opportunity to rotate and manage APA feeder portfolio, New Zealand and Pacific Island terminal portfolio as well as lead global project in Logistics and Services business.My responsibilities for feeder and terminal portfolio included:- Develop 3-5 years end-to-end supplier strategy for New Zealand (terminals in conjunction with L&S and intermodal suppliers)- Setup Key Account Management structure with key New Zealand terminal suppliers - Re-negotiate expiring contracts - Structure portfolio, drive compliance metrics and build stakeholder engagement - Drive cost mitigation projects - Engage with feeder suppliers to execute our operational requirements - Seek for new cost saving opportunitiesMy responsibilities under Logostics & Services projects included:- Lead global project aiming to deliver up to date global contract templates for organization- Drive customer centricity transformation within Oceania procurement team

Feeder Network Design is the second rotation of a 2-year Graduate Program, where have been responsible for design of feeder network in Northern Europe covering more than 10 countries & 60 ports. Mainly focused on designing cost competitive, reliable & customer centric network. The biggest contributions have been in designing cost and product competitive network during delivery of 7 ice class new-built Maersk vessels throughout the year. We have achieved successful product design in collaboration with Sealand, trade, areas, operations and mainliner network. Achieved significant cost savings improving bottom line for the business. Additional Projects:- Design and implement a robust network performance review process.- Establish a process to work as one execution function to optimize Northern Europe rotations for all mainliner services
