Responsibilities: Leading purchasing work for Full Truck Load flows within Europe, airfreight services, custom clearance, with annual spend at level of 35$MM.

Responsibilities: Leading supply chain set up and optimization of Raw and Pack materials, for various flows across globe.  Relationship Management with suppliers, manufacturing plants and business partners with diverse international and professional background. Implementation of process improvements to deliver excellence in service, inventory & savings (Value Stream Mapping lead).

Responsibilities: Management of Distribution Network for P&G Finish Goods across European Markets including system set up, inventory replenishment and customer orders processing.

Responsibilities: Leading projects at planning and plant level of P&G products re-design and new launches. Coordination and execution of Masterdata set up for newly build P&G plant in Aleksandrów Łódzki.
