As the Director of Development at St Catherine's College, University of Oxford, I lead and mentor the Development Office to advance the College's strategic priorities and secure philanthropic support for a diverse range of projects. I have over a decade's worth of experience in the third sector, where I have successfully managed and delivered major gift programmes, individual giving campaigns, legacy and stewardship programmes, corporate partnerships, and trusts and foundations.My core competencies include writing and delivering compelling proposals and reports, developing and maintaining strong donor relationships, designing and implementing effective fundraising strategies, and communicating the impact and value of an organisation's mission and vision. I am passionate about enhancing the quality and accessibility of education, research, and innovation, and fostering a culture of giving and gratitude among alumni, staff, students, and the wider community.
