Contucting a Design Thinking workshop for my team to improve automatic dunning process in O2C department. Taking part in UX in Arla workshops.

As a Service Design student I was working with four fellow designers on the project for FIBARO, a smart home company, to create a service for families and their elderly loved ones. Following the double-diamond framework we have:- had a meeting with the company representative to establish project goals and gather needs- conducted desk research, about 30 in-depth interviews and netnography- created personas and Design Scope of our service- worked on the unique value proposition and reformulated our design challenge- took part in ideation and prototyping session- created customer journey map to be of a new service- had two feedback sessions with our client and other students- created a prototype in Figma and tested it with seniors and their families including testing of voice interface with wizard of ozz menthod- created stakeholders map and service ecology map- created service blueprint- documented our process in a report and presented it in front of other studens and lecturesThe project was well-received and praised for an innovative idea of joining smart homes and enabling easy and convenient communication between seniors and their family members. Inspired by circular economy, we worked on a solution that would allow for an exchange of used glass and plastic bottles for discounts and gift cards. As an English teacher in alternative education environment I used creativity and deepened my empathy while working with students of different ages, students with special needs and gifted ones. We put a lot of focus on individualisation of the learning process. I worked on a new assessment scheme, new program and teaching materials.
