I am a dual qualified (Finland and England) lawyer. My expertise covers compliance & investigations, corporate governance as well as restructuring & insolvency matters. I regularly advise on sanctions and trade compliance. I advise clients in compliance matters and assist in their internal and external investigations by assessing and investigating suspected irregularities or wrongdoings in or against an organisation. I also advise in relation to sanctions and trade compliance matters. As Compliance Lawyer, I look after our firm's internal compliance & risk management matters.In addition, I have wide-ranging experience within the field of corporate law and advise companies in matters related to, for example, corporate structuring, corporate governance and directors' liability. I also assist clients in contract law matters.I have served as part of the administration of numerous complex corporate restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings. I also represent creditors in insolvency proceedings and advise clients with regard to impending insolvency and conduct investigations in relation to asset tracing.
