I have an analytical mindset and I have a deep understanding of scaled operations supported by product and technology, also I am able to communicate across levels from specialists to executives and I lead a large team ranging in skills and seniority. My job includes a high visibility and constantly changing product that is adaptable to different environments. All together, my role is to develop and execute the end-to-end operations strategy for owner acquisition, conversion, on-boarding, field operations such as photography + inspections , standards management and retention.
