• Developed and presented technical training materials for field personnel and customers describing how algorithms work, how they have changed, and best practices for programming through collaboration with research.

• Created a residual design validation protocol and report involving numerous scenarios and around 100 use cases ensuring usability and delivery of medication on an infusion line product incorporating traceability.
• Improved risk management and verification processes through the evaluation of standards and the defining of clear and concise guidelines for future use in the quality management system.

Local hospitals were left desperate with a shortage of medical gowns to protect their front-line workers during the COVID-19 pandemic. After presenting an initial design, I led the design team in perfecting the gown based on feedback from health care workers, design experts, and converters. This project allowed me to work on prototypes, create and refine.
