• Planning of 12 Campaigns per year (Catalogues, Mini Catalogues & E-commerce plans) for Western Balkan, Baltics, Bulgaria, and Greece• Building Catalogue plans to meet objectives for markets (Sales, UPA, SPA and Margin) ensuring continuous growth• Designing new creative approach for each e-commerce offer • Data Analysis & Reports preparation• Campaign Presentations and Creative Briefs preparation• Responsible for full layouts approval process• Communication with forecasting, creative, digital, sales support, category, supply teams andMarkets daily

• Develop relationships with existing and new customers• Interaction with customers in English, Spanish and Russian languages• Preparation of quotations and tenders• Active cooperation with other Departments to deliver the best results• Preparation of documentation, creation of proposals and orders processing using CRMsystem

• Corporate client support (B2B) on European, MEA and Russian markets• Diagnose, investigate, and solve customer’s problems remotely• Organizing parts deliveries and onsite technical support• Active cooperation with suppliers & engineers internationally• Delivering results according to target KPIs
