The Supply Chain Financial Governance Auditor plays a crucial role in maintaining financial integrity and operational efficiency within the supply chain function, ensuring smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.Supply Chain Financial Governance Auditor ‘s responsibilities: • Responsible for master data and existing processes to ensure that orders sent to suppliers are accurately priced and created in a timely manner.• Working with all Supply Chain departments – Finance, IT, New Release, Catalogue, Vinyl, and Bespoke – to ensure smooth operation and speedy resolution of issues.• Liaison with suppliers to ensure accurate pricing master data is supplied and ingested into UMG systems.• Work with UMG Finance to verify discrepancies in orders and invoices to achieve timely payment of invoices.• Resolution of pricing issues covering material master data, BOMs, and Suppliers price lists.• Defining, designing and testing customized SAP functionalities to support business operations.• Implementation of new business workflows and processes and rolling out to Supply Chain departments.BPO from WNS Global S.A.
