The main role is to provide a welcoming and efficient experience for guests, and to ensure their needs are met. As a Guest Services Representative my job is to be in the front line of giving our guests an exceptional experience and have them come back again. This job also includes these responsibilities; • Greeting guests: Check guests in and out, and make an excellent first impression.• Providing information: Offer information about the company's services, facilities, and points of interest. • Making reservations: Use proper etiquette when taking reservations, including describing the hotel and quoting rates.• Handling guest requests: Respond to guest requests in a timely and efficient manner, and resolve any concerns or complaints • Maintaining confidentiality: Maintain guest confidentiality at all times • Keeping up with information: Stay up to date with information about services, facilities, pricing, and promotions • Operating the phone system: Operate the phone system, and communicate shift information to the next shift.

Operated as a part-time laboratory assistant supervised to assist and provide medical students needs during their subject course. As well as, collaborated with coordinators and faculty staff to establish a smooth and organized work space.
