Key responsibilities:- sourcing candidates within logistics area;- direct sourcing using creativity, databases, social media, job portals;- drafting of employment contracts, conducting interviews for different companies in the Netherlands;- screening and qualifying candidates, communicating with hiring managers;- ensuring a smooth hiring process and improving the candidate experience;- interviewing candidates for logistics area, understanding their motivations and future aspirations;- registration of candidates in the system;- following of the whole process both before and after hiring;- responsible for marketing both in the Italian and the Spanish market;
