I supervised other DOOs and was responsible for completing budget worksheets, presenting monthly operational reports, assured quarterly expenditures were within budget, and anticipated resource needs. I prepared, monitored and reviewed monthly bills, payroll, inventory and supply expenses. My team and I were successful in turning around an adopted exceeded AR account for home health and maintained a revolving AR month after month within goal set by the CFO and VP. I worked closely with the leadership team in promoting OASIS accuracy and health literacy education initiatives and worked closely with our States Dir of Rehab Services being able to successfully align therapy services with the National benchmark percentages. My responsibilities included a support role for the DON, preceptor for new case managers with a strong Oasis emphasis which was part of an enhancement to training procedures; managed the quality program.
