Current• Leading account’s activities in resourcing, financial forecasting and budget planning;• Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation, providing financial reports and budget outlines to Executives;• Contract management, ensuring contract conditions compliance to actual requirements;• Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities;• Resolving conflicts or disputes between the various departments of an organization;• Planning and implementation of projects. Maintaining accurate records of project management operations, schedules, and expenditure• Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance• Collaborating with multiple departments, gluing interconnected tasks to develop and implement action plans essential to proper time & process management. Helping to coordinate and manage project goals;• Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services;• Providing guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure that they have the skills and support they need to complete their tasks;
