Anna is an Associate Consultant at Mending the Chasm, a leading organization that offers coaching, consulting, and training services to create more authentically inclusive and anti-racist organizations and community spaces. With nearly two decades of experience in the non-profit sector, Anna has worked in various roles and contexts, both internationally and in Canada, to address complex social and environmental challenges.Anna holds a Master of Arts in Disaster and Emergency Management from Royal Roads University, a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Washington, and a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) credential. She has expertise in sustainable development, stakeholder engagement, community resilience, disaster risk reduction, and equity and social inclusion. As a trained facilitator, Anna excels at creating inclusive and collaborative environments, building trust, and resolving conflicts.
