I have several years in the many different aspects of Customer service. I worked as a barista from 2013-2015, then I was an in bound customer service representative in 2015, a bus aide from 2015-2018 and then found myself back in a call center in 2018. I have experience working in a technical support call center for a video game company as well as call center representative experience with Revere Bank/Sandy Spring Bank from July 2019- November 2020. While I enjoyed temporarily working at my former Video game employer from February 2021-April 2021.I was temporarily unable to work due to health reason from 2021 until now.I am still currently looking to work for a great company Remotely that I can grow with. I am proficient in Microsoft, Excel, and Power point and love working with and helping others.
