I am the most qualified and experienced member of PPL's internal enforcement team. I advise and assist with all elements of copyright infringement litigation. I also conduct my own cases and am the senior point of contact for our external solicitors. I have been largely responsible for the re-introduction of PPL's committal programme, the final stage of PPL's rights enforcement process, which involves prison sentences and fines. I have selected, overseen and managed all PPL's committal cases to ensure that they are business as usual. I have achieved many successful committal outcomes for PPL in terms of awards of damages and legal costs. These have been used as an effective deterrent message to potential infringers and assist in more efficient recovery of fees at an earlier stage.

Senior In House Lawyer, responsible for managing and conducting all litigation, including Copyright Tribunal references and Federal Magistrates Court copyright infringement claims. I was part of the team that achieved, maintained and implemented a ground breaking 17 fold increase in PPCA's nightclub licence fee tariff. This was followed by proceedings through which PPCA's fitness licence fee tariff was initially increased by 14 times. I also started PPCA's enforcement program from scratch, increasing the company's revenue in the long and short term, running cases in house without the need for external solicitors. Over time, I recruited, trained and managed a small team of paralegals. Through this work, I created a string of precedents in PPCA's favour, with large awards for additional damages, often amounting to tens of thousands of dollars.
