Office & mobile calls expenses calculation, penalties for overspendings, control of preparation of all kinds of documents for employees. Consulting on the labor legislation issues.

HR record-keeping and administration, employees hirings, resignations and transfers, local HR regulative documents and labor agreements preparation, administrative and drilling crew saff recruitment, crew staff rotation, sick leaves and vacations calculation, cooperation with different Medical Insurance Funds.

Admin department employees (PA to Director General,secretaries, clerks) management and work control, attendance schedule control and preparation, HR documents preparation.
