As the Chief Executive Officer of The Israel Movement for Reform and Progressive Judaism (IMPJ), I lead the largest and most diverse progressive Jewish organization in Israel, with over 50 congregations, communities, and educational institutions. I have been working with IMPJ for over 13 years, starting as the Director of Congregations Department and then as the Chief Operating Officer.With a Master's degree in Education and extensive experience in community development, nonprofit management, and volunteer engagement, I bring strategic vision and the ability to deal with complex situations. My hope is to expand the impact and influence of IMPJ on Israeli society, by promoting pluralism, social justice, and religious equality. I also strive to deepen the collaboration and partnership with the global Reform Movement and other Jewish organizations.
