_Jewellery collection development for international partners (f.e. Old Navy) from the creative idea to the selection of the right styles for the preorder and order_Preparation of the trend preview, consolidation of briefings on collection contents and release of these for submission to suppliers_Planning the new season from a creative point of view_Active observation of the POS, trends, markets and competitors_price negotiation with international suppliers to meet target prices and maximize the margin_daily contact with the suppliers

_Responsible for product management and buying the monthly collection (negotiating prices, quantities, planning and delivery times) _Product development supervision along with suppliers_Detailed analysis of sales by product/ shop_Monthly trips to China for new product sourcing _Approval of bulk production_International store checks and sourcing fairs

_ Set up process for fast buying/ creative buying_ Regular trips to China for production or sample meetings with factories_ Attend sourcing fairs_ Experienced in varied departments in Asian HQ agency ( Research & Development, Merchandising Departments, Logisitcs, Trims, Quality Assurance, Sustainability)

_ Responsibility for licensed products: shoes (men&women), socks, sunglasses, watches, fragrances, fine jewellery, umbrellas_ Purchasing and sales responsibility for licensed products in national and international retail stores_ Preparing and controlling assortment plans for reorder, repeats and flash by store of category level_ Formulating buying plan in terms of category_ Developing of the collection and timely order_ Analyzing merchandise performance to identify bestsellers, potentialmarkdowns and stock replenishment_ Preparing various reports, including weekly and monthly salesperformances and category analyses_ Working closely with retail operations, product & design and marketingdepartment to formulate products sales and marketing strategies_ Implementation and design of monthly visual guidelines_ Regular store visits, as well as market analyses and monitoring ofcompetitors

_ Assisting in the planning and control of sales promotions including cross-matching of promotion contents for all segments_ Continuous analyses of sales figures and creating individual analyses_ Active participation in Creative Director´s projects_ Independent orders and re-stocking of promotional items for selected stores_ Participation in the heritage concept „Sir Oliver“, label development, product development in the initial phase_ Creation of mood boards for promotions or current trends
