Served as a Budget Analyst for the 96th CEG. Provided expert financial analysis, reporting and advice to the Group Commander, the Deputy and the entire 96th CEG division chief team. Responsible for the management and execution of an annual $150M Operations & Maintenance (O&M) program and $30M of reimbursements. Oversaw $381M (Development, Test, & Evaluation) DT&E advanced facilities to meet testing requirements in support of the 96th Test Wing mission. Managed all types of funds and appropriations: 2 year, no year, MILCON, O&M and Research Development Test.

Oversaw the day-to-day operations of the U.S. Embassy Commissary, in Malaysia. Managed an inventory of over $125k. Negotiated sales with local vendors to ensure the best price point to relay the savings to the local embassy community. Increased sales and profits by 20% in just two months, average monthly sales of $20k. Advised the American Employee Welfare Association (AEWA) Board on sales, profits, and monthly promotions. Profits led to three AEWA events that increased the morale of the 100+ staff of the embassy, while introducing new products. AEWA’s number 1 nomination to attend the Commissary Manager conference, Bangkok, Thailand, in October 2014.

Served as accounting technician and functional point of contact for day-to-day budget and financial concerns for a 107 room military lodging facility. Monitored and trained thirty staff members to ensure current qualifications are met to meet mission requirements. Performed budget formulation work and preparation of budget estimates and financial plans, consisting of over $15k per week. Managed expenditures, obligations, and executed budget for Columbus AFB Lodging. Understood military members' obligations, rights, and responsibilities when occupying lodging facility. Provided advice, assistance, and guidance on budgeting and related information and conducted analyses, reviews and special studies of budget and related information.

Provided a variety of services such as cashing checks, issued refunds, prepared bank deposits, received/verified cash receipts, processed layaways, special orders, and approved refunds/adjustments. Accepted layaway account payments, controlled layaway inventory, assisted customers with catalog purchases and special orders, reviewed customer credit card applications to determine eligibility. Accounted for all daily transactions and ensured the integrity of the daily budget, consisting of over 35$k per week.
