Service Team Coordinator
My main responsibilities were communicating with teams of volunteers who came to rural China to do service projects and then leading those volunteers once they got to our location. This also included creating budgets and itineraries for the groups and orienting them to the challenges and conditions of working in rural China. While groups were on location, I also participated in service activities and served as a liaison between them and local partners. I also raised support for myself and the organization by writing newsletters and giving presentations to supporters.
