Current- Spearheaded M&A initiatives, steering both buy-side and sell-side transactions from inception to successful closure.- Played a pivotal role in deal negotiations, ensuring seamless coordination of critical documents such as business plans, teasers, and information memoranda.- Executed comprehensive market research to identify strategic markets and evaluate competitive dynamics and external business influencers.- Developed and scrutinized financial models of target companies to inform acquisition strategies.- Facilitated due diligence processes, encompassing technical, financial, and tax assessments.- Facilitate deal execution by reviewing critical documents: NDAs, LOIs, MOUs, SPAs, and SHAs.- Oversee project timelines, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met efficiently.- Drive post-merger integration, including talent recruitment, branding initiatives, organizational restructuring, business plan evaluation, vendor contract negotiations, PR campaigns, and opening of offshore bank accounts.- Prepare and review materials for board meetings and maintain corporate governance documentation.- Spearhead geographic expansion efforts by conducting market research and establishing new offices.- Support corporate restructuring processes, managing share transfers and the creation of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs).- Analyze and optimize subsidiary performance to meet or exceed revenue and profit goals.
