I provide oversight of several departments including a Medical Surgical / Detox floor, which is a 17 bed general care unit, 4 bed medical ICU, Case Management, Social Services, Inpatient Rehab Services and Respiratory Therapy. I have 56 employees comprised of RNs, CNAs, Unit Coordinators, Respiratory Therapists, Case Managers and Social Workers. My role is a visionary position with responsibility for assurance of quality patient care. I play an integral role with the patient services management team and the implementation of strategic planning.

Accountable for the financial stability and overall growth and development of the program and oversee the day-to-day operations. - Serve as a conduit of Agrace's culture through effective coaching, facilitation, decision-making, problem-solving, census building, and regulatory and clinical expertise. - Lead the Agrace Palliative Care program, ensuring quality, compliance, efficiency, consistency and customer satisfaction - Effectively build relationships, expand access to services and collaborate with internal and external partners to grow the Palliative Care service offering.
