Performing the full range of administrative support activities, incl. managing company communication via E-mail and phone, welcoming and accommodating visitors, administering mail and courier services, organizing trips, meetings and company events;• Developing and implementing administrative systems and processes (filing system, record management, office expenditure, insurances, budget management, and other);• Issuing, processing, following up, checking, transferring and reporting, for any kind of documents or data which can be orders, invoices, credit accounts, subscriptions, cancellations, project documentation, quality plans, etc.• Providing facility management support for all aspects of accommodation and facilities (access control, office layout, reorganization, relocation, evaluation and procurement of goods and services, and other);Operating with a range of internal software products, incl. purchase and vendor management. overseeing the complete investor relations programreporting to the CFO (if any)coordinating and managing the investor relations team (if any)evaluating, improving and maintaining positive relationships with shareholders and investorsextending investor relationship program to the vested investment community and the publicideating and implementing new investment strategiescollaborating with interlinked departments such as marketing, underwriter, senior executives, CEO and CFO to establish new product strategies ;monitor investment research and communicate competitor research information to the CFO or CEOconvey investment community feedback to the senior managementfulfill the role of a public spokesperson, if the need arises, also keep a contact with the company`s shareholders, provide them correct financial information about their shares, the price of their shares on the official market, provides information on the type and amount of dividend payouts, performs payment of dividends.

Perform all activities related to the processing and the timely clearance of financial - accounting records accounts for which it is responsible. Prepares statements and reports on customer accounts.
