Sd-Wan Network Administrator - Second Level
Current- Incident management tasks: incident ticket creation, updating and resolution tracking (in ServiceNOW)- Automated fault analysis and infrastructure event monitoring- Supervision of automated event to service correlation- Diagnosing and resolving network issues within the SD‑WAN infrastructure and performing root cause analysis to identify the underlying causes of recurring issues (using SecureCRT, Meraki Dashboard and vManage)- Task dispatching to sub-providers and sub-provider co-ordination- Deficiency pattern detection- Supporting and informing customers by phone and email- Participating in migration activities and planned maintenance activities- Optimizing and creating new processes and tools- Providing on-call support- Data gathering, data processing- End-to-end automation in ServiceNOW
