The E3 Academy provides a scholarship at the participating universities, supporting E3 students with work placements, summer schools and company mentoring.First Placement in Strategy department (July - August 2019) involved conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, opportunities, and potential threats.Second Placement in Lean Manufacturing (July - August 2020) allowed to collaborate in teams using Plant Simulation software, creating a virtual factory environment. We built an understanding of primary goals of Lean manufacturing - to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall productivity.Third Placement in Factory Automation (July - November 2021), working with Siemens product - SIMATIC Robot Integrator, exploring how robots from different manufacturers can be integrated into machine structures quickly and easily via TIA Portal. During this placement I developed my passion for Robotics and Automation, allowing to grow my skillset.

Being a part of the Bootcamp training framework allowed to build an understanding of software functionality evaluation importance and necessity of automated testing tool application in the process. Bootcamp provided knowledge about software testing fundamentals, practical application of test design techniques and development of basic skills in Java, Selenium and Cucumber.
