My field: software development in Obligatory Medical Insurance. My responsibilities: customer interaction (defining the development strategy of the project, collecting requirements from different departments’ workers), team management (solving organizational issues, guiding document preparation and making assignments for developers).

Supervising the implementation and development of IT systems in the Moscow palliative care center, preparing analytics on various topics, organizing working process in several areas: automation of a pharmacy warehouse (project team 3 people, scope - the Moscow palliative care center and 8 branches, including 9 pharmacies and 20 local warehouses of senior nurses), training users to work in IT systems, calculating the needs of the institution in transportation, etc.
