- Internal control to ensure compliance with the state, local and corporate policies, regulations and laws- Internal audit, including identification of problematic issues, participation in resolving them, introduction of schemes aimed at tax optimization- Interaction with external auditors in the context of financial and operational audits- Participation in discussions, negotiations and meetings related to account, financial and tax issues- Conducting analysis with regard to strategic planning and business forecasts - Financial analysis and advice related to drafting the annual budget- Interaction with tax authorities, the Pension Fund, banks, etc.- full-cycle of Financial Close Process and Reporting including statements package producing and submission to the US head-office- full-cycle of Financial Close Process and Reporting including statutory statements producing and submission to Local Authorities including Revenue Service, Social Funds, Statistics Department, and the National Bank of Ukraine- Transfer Pricing reporting- Conducting the closing procedure- Conducting accounting in compliance with the Ukrainian accounting standards- Management of tax accounting in compliance with the Ukrainian tax legislation- Full-scale support to private entrepreneurs’ financial activity, including: payments realization, documents inspection, filling of general ledgers, preparation and filing of quarterly PE reports to the Tax Inspection, annual PE Social Security Fund reports, monthly payments to the tax authorities and the Social Fund on behalf of PEs, communication with local authorities- Rendering of consultancy to PEs with respect to financial and tax issues- Processing of primary documentation (invoices, acts of acceptance, shipping documents)- Navigation of day-to-day financial and accounting operations: bank payments, wires creation, interaction with vendors, accounts payable, payroll calculation and payments
