CurrentWeaving humanity back into the web of life: Kincentric leadership through the polycrisis - is an initiative laying the foundations for a new paradigm of leadership and polycrisis mitigation grounded in kincentric ecology - an awareness that life in any environment is viable only when humans view the life surrounding them as kin. Inspired by indigenous worldviews and lifeways, current science into the intellgience of nature, experiments in intentional communities worldwide, and direct experience of approaching life as a "communion of subjects, not a collection of objects" - Kincentric Leadership aims to restore, safeguard and expand paradigms where human beings are known to be intrinsic parts of the wider web of life - experientially, epistemologically, and practically. We support leaders, organisations and communities responding to the polycrisis to nurture and integrate a kincentric worldview in all activities, designing and implementing interventions that benefit all forms of life. Our offers include retreats, mentoring, an online community of practice and library of stories, and codeveloping tools for planning, decision-making and evaluation that place kincentrism at the centre.
