I lead on one of the biggest projects and focus services for TMF at that time. My main responsibility was to release an M&A focused report, in cooperation with an external agency and various marketing departments. I was responsible for the development of the report, release, promotion and follow up activities, across various service lines and working closely with different stakeholders from around the world.

I worked closely with the local management teams on developing and implementing marketing strategies for Luxembourg, Netherlands, Channel Islands, BVI, Cayman and Curaçao. Depending on the budget, the activities ranged from organising events, webinars, mailings to managing social media marketing and developing and promoting articles.

I worked on the implementation of CRM system in the Dutch office, in close cooperation with the management, finance and sales teams. I also supported the local marketing, in organising events and mailing campaigns.
