My role as a trainer and coach is to assist people in finding a way to unleash their talents, effectively communicate their ideas to others and build strong teams.I help individuals, teams and companies improve their performance through: -building effective communication with the help of active listening and argumentation tools;-implementing the skills of empowering feedback;-developing critical thinking skills and getting rid of misconceptions;- raising EQ and VQ;-using neuroscience to boost speed-thinking.
