• Negotiating trade terms of steel purchase for 4 production plants in the Silesian area (production of chains for mining, forgings, longwall supports, steel structures)• Cooperation with steelworks located in Poland, Italy and Austria and conducting negotiations in Germany on potential cooperation• Close daily cooperation with clients’ Supply Chain teams – discussing demand plan, tracking orders fulfillment • Cooperation with the accounting department in the area of receivables and liabilities• Daily cooperation with the coal department - supervision, ongoing reporting, support and consultations• Reporting and agreeing on further steps to implement the strategy's assumptions directly with the company's management

• Direct reporting of sales&margin performance to the Head of Fresh Food Division• Managing Buying team consisting of 2 Buying Managers and 2 Buying Assistants• Playing key role in creating Trade Plan for whole category• Supporting Team in daily decision making• Daily contact with CE sourcing team, contracting volumes and price for promotions with Buyers from HU, SK, CR• Contracting individually Horti volumes&prices with NL Suppliers (events such as Valentines, Women’s and Mother’s Day) and PL Suppliers (Chrysanthemum, Poinsettia)

LBM position), Horti 1 year• Negotiating trading terms of delivery• Creating trade plan in each managed category• Cooperation with SCH planning demand&volumes• Creating strategy for seasons (e.g. Ice cream,Pumpkins, Xmass, Easter)• Consulting ideas for new product development with Buyers from CR,SK,HU• Conducting annual tender for 4 countries in Fozen Vegetables category• Playing key role in managing purchase of new furniture for Impulse ice cream for over 300 stores• Analyzing competitor offers&promotions• Planning and execute range reviews• Daily basis increasing knowledge of current market situation and acting accordingly
