● Responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to employees, lecturers,and information support to the students.● Maintain an understanding of organizational operations and provide general information about AAU to the public. Direct all inquiries to the appropriate staff member.● Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for students, lecturers, employees, and guests.

● Assist and collaborate with the ATTA Graphic Designer on graphic design and visualcommunication projects across the organization.● Learn and work on a range of skills, such as basic design principles, design thinking and strategy, production for print and digital formats, visual branding, presentation design, file management,infographics, and photo selection and editing.
