• Running end-to-end recruitment projects on her own, for senior positions in the fields of Finance and Accounting, IT, Marketing, Human Resources, Energy, Automotive, BPO / SSC, and Customer Service— including the development of recruitment strategies • Searching and acquiring professionals actively, through direct search, headhunting, and internet sourcing, which includes conducting biographical and competency-oriented interviews with the Candidates as well as examining their motivations • Maintaining good relations with the Candidates and providing quality moderation of the recruitment process • Preparing comprehensive recruitment reports and labour market analyses

• Tasks oriented towards acquiring Candidates—compiling search lists, performing Internet searches, and initiating contact.• Researching markets on the Internet and in other publicly available sources.
