Responsibilities: Setting up Komandor Distribution Centre for Ireland, and building a network of franchisees. Managing supply chain and multi-party international distribution network. Developing sales strategy and achieve sales targets .Managing the group of franchisees and company staff (up to 60 people).Key Achievements: Establishing the brand as one of sector leaders in Ireland. Entering foreign markets, and building a network of retailers in Scotland, Northern Ireland, England, Holland and Spain, totaling to 40 outlets.
