Responsible for implementing individualized behavior plans developed by the BCBA/BCaBA. This includes delivering specific interventions and strategies to address challenging behaviors, promote skill acquisition, and improve overall functioning.Strong understanding of principles and techniques of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and the treatment team.Ability to collect and analyze data accurately to measure progress. Adherence to ethical guidelines and professional standards of conduct in the field of ABA.Flexibility and adaptability to meet the individual needs of clients and work in different settings.

Provide accurate and reliable interpretation services between individuals who speak different languages. This may involve simultaneous interpretation (interpreting in real-time while the speaker is talking) or consecutive interpretation (interpreting after the speaker has finished speaking).Ensure effective communication and understanding between parties by conveying the meaning and intent of the original message without adding, omitting, or distorting information.Excellent memory retention and note-taking skills to ensure accurate interpretation.Cultural competence and awareness to bridge cultural differences and promote effective communication.Professional demeanor and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish effective communication with clients and speakers.
