- Creating and implementing HR business processes from scratch: recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, personnel records management- Work on creating HR strategy for the company- Сreation of educational materials

- Support and steering on HR programs, strategies, and processes across rewards & compensation, staffing, performance management, employee engagement, talent management, CSR strategy.- Planning and control of personnel costs. Optimization of personnel structure in accordance with the strategic goals of the company.-Partner with business leaders to develop plans and make decisions on local priorities to drive the business.- Development and implementetion of basic education trainings for employees.

- Coordination work of managers of branches in Ukraine and Belarus.- Ensuring a continuous learning process, set of groups and implementation of training center targets. Launch of new training courses. - Organization and control of the teaching process of subordinate courses. - Collaborate with marketing and sales departments to reach the targets of sales.- Development and implementation of motivating measures and bonuses for employees.

- P&L, planning sales per month and making adjustments to it in accordance with the budget.- Recruitment, team management, evaluation, learning control of all employees, from the restaurant team members. - Inventory management, restaurant reporting. - Organization of operational activities of the restaurant. - Monitoring compliance with quality standards (НАССР).
