I am an experienced UX Researcher with a background in Psychology which sparked my interest in understanding human behaviour and interaction. I enjoy the challenge of understanding users' behaviour and leveraging these findings to better bridge the gap between business and consumer. I am confident in running both qualitative and quantitative research and have experience conducting usability testing (both moderated and unmoderated), surveys, user interviews, card sorting, longitudinal studies, journey mapping and persona development. I am a very methodical and logical person which drives me to complete accurate data analysis. I am confident writing research reports, as well as presenting findings to large groups; working with children was helpful at eradicating any previous stage fright! Working as a teacher also taught me time management skills, developed my ability to juggle multiple tasks at once and helped grow my interpersonal skills.
