Created a coalition among 30+ student organization leaders to hold Rutgers administration and student government accountable.Facilitated meetings, letter-writing campaigns, and communication between student organizations, the Student Governing Association, and Rutgers administration. Led a poster board session about SOUL at the 2019 Civic Learning and Democratic Engagement Meeting as the only undergraduate student out of nine presenters in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

Led biweekly meetings and activities, such as simulations of real-world events and debates of political issues. Trained 20+ students a semester to compete in collegiate Model UN conferences. Planned & hosted social initiatives that create awareness about the environment, peace-building, political issues, & more. Since AIR was founded, the budget has gone from $0 to over $6,000.These events include the World Tour, a collaborative multicultural program that incorporated over 25 student organizations on campus and generated over 400 attendees. World Tour was awarded Program of the Year for 2017-2018, and Collaborative Program of the Year for 2018-2019. Another event, Abolishing Nuclear Weapons with the Power of Civil Society hosted survivors from the Hiroshima atomic bomb. AIR, alongside the Honors Living-Learning Community Student Council and Peace Boat US invited representatives from the International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons, the Newark Mayor's Office, and representatives from the United Nations to educate students and the Rutgers community. This program won the 2018-2019 Educational Program of the Year.AIR was presented with the Educational Program of the Year, Collaborative Program of the Year, and the Student Organization of the Year Award for 2018-2019.

Facilitated and led presentation of the Capstone Challenge by providing feedback to cohort members’ speeches. Created and distributed a survey to over 40 people to find out information about users’ needs for Walmart.com.
