I work as an HR Business Partner for Sanoma Media Finland's Tech & Data unit. As a part of the Tech & Data management team I am developing our leadership, culture and strategic initiatives. I am supporting our managers in strategic and operative people matters. In addition to Tech & Data recruitments, I have the ownership of SMF level recruitment process.

In my role as a Talent Advisor I was working with Recruiting, Employer Branding and Employee Experience in which diversity and inclusion are embedded in the culture. Having the ability to respond to rapid recruitment needs was needed in a fast-paced environment. I was also focusing on developing recruitment practices and candidate experience.

- Employee Life Cycle activities from onboarding to offboarding- Developing people processes and ensuring great Talent Experience- Interpreting Collective Agreements, Labor and Employment Law- Talent Acquisition in close cooperation with Business Leads and Team Leads- Assisting in employment relationship matters and HR reporting- Managing HR-systems.
