I am a HR professional with more than 8 years of experiences in training, facilitating, DEI strategy, and project management. Driven by curiosity and motivated by my passion for people, I bring in my diverse experiences and exposure in Hong Kong and APAC in both the corporate and non-profit spheres to support diverse talent and business needs. Currently I work for Schroders, a global asset manager, as the talent and development business partner based in Sydney. My role involves partnering closely with the business to develop and execute talent strategies that support business growth and changes, and enable innovation and engagement. I do so by gaining a deep understanding of the business dynamics and building strong personal relationships.I am also an active advocate for gender equality in the workplace and for mental health.
