I build upon my 14 years of experience both as consultant, in corporate HR and HR M&A. I support companies to develop their HR capabilities, and Leaders to design and lead an effective organization and team, even going through changes. I am passionate about finding how HR can be at its best in creating value both to business and individuals in an exponentially changing environment. I thrive to accompany changes as a coach of individuals or manage them on corporate level.

Responsible for full scope planning and management of Vodafone-UPC (former part of Liberty Global) HR integration in Hungary. Working closely with the Management Board in preparation of all HR, organization and communication related steps of M&A. Ensure regional collaboration and cross-functional solution building to support employee experience.

As HR Business Partner my role was to best meet strategic objectives both as a business as well as an employer. I was responsible for designing and delivering people agenda for 4 business units (Technology, Finance, External Affairs, HR) as partner of Leadership teams. Beyond ensuring smooth operation of HR processes my focus was to manage change and support major transformation programmes in the organization.

I supported companies in design and implementation of transformation programs to accomplish them effectively both regards to people and business. Depending on the client needs I worked in the roles of a change manager, facilitator, trainer and coach. Mostly I was responsible for planning and managing change programs, support management engagement, facilitate alignment across change streams, deliver change management trainings and coaching for Leaders. My projects varied between a 6-30 months period. Main areas: organization change, integration, restructuring, culture change.

As freelancer consultant I have worked together with main OD consultancies in Hungary. I took part in delivering organizational diagnoses, assessments, workshops, culture change programs and HR consultancy, strategic workshops.

My role was focused on coordinating the strategic planning process across functions and managing process optimization projects, and managing annual strategic planning cycle across functions.
