I started my journey with quality as Quality Inspector. I was promoted and undertaken further training. I gained my confidence and experience through implementing first ISO 9001:2015 and recently AS9100D.Work responsibilities• Prepares company wide quality data, monitors progress towards company quality objectives and communicates the same to employees. • Prepares for and represents the company during second and third party audits. Records and distributes meeting minutes and oversees the implementation of any corrective actions arising.• Carries out internal auditing of the company’s Quality Management System and Environmental Management System to schedule and maintains appropriate records.• Investigates, analyses and resolves in-house and customer quality complaints NCR• Organises regular quality meetings for the effective resolution and closure of customer complaints and other management related issues. Prepares and distributes meeting minutes and actions.• Manages and controls the QMS and EMS documented systems.• Maintains employee training records.• Supervises the annual customer satisfaction survey and analyses results.• Supervises quality control personnel and organizes on job training as necessary. Identifies operator skill levels and additional training needs.
