Project Manager (Ms. Sc. Computer Science and Engineering) with long experience from technical project management in a multi-cultural working environment. Have successfully run many software projects ranging from development of new functionality to customer maintenance of existing products.My experiences from previous employments also includes working as a software consultant with design and requirement handling, mainly in the automotive industry.I have traits that a good project manager needs; communicative, structured and responsible. Co-operation and leading others are inspiring and I am motivated by problems that needs a solution. During the years I have worked with several project management methods, both traditional and currently in an agile setup with Scrum and Kanban teams located at different sites and countries.
