Project management with focus on marine applications within the automation area. My biggest project was the development of Assisted Docking which is part of Penta’s Easy Boating concept. In parallel I also ran a couple of pre-studies and was responsible for securing that all Penta products comply to Brexit regulations.

I was managing a project that will ensure that a transmission in production for the Chinese market achieves the required quality standards and performance level for EU and US market acceptance. The main part of the work is improving the control and calibration software and this is done by external suppliers.

Responsible for three feature projects where software was developed and tested by scrum/Kanban teams in different Ericsson sites around the world.The projects were End to End projects starting with specification and ending with testing in customer network just before the formal release. I was responsible for coordinating the tasks of the different teams and understanding the implications on all internal and external dependencies. I did budget follow-up and reported progress to the main program. The size and the length of the project varied from a couple of teams and months to around ten teams and over a year.

Maintenance responsible for some of the multi-standard (2G, 3G and 4G) software products included in radio base stations. Compiled the backlog for the design teams working with trouble shooting and coordinated the corrections. I also did budget follow-up and reported to the product owners.

At Combitech I worked as a software consultant both with software design and system requirements. Most of my assignments were in the automotive area with focus on infotainment. Other fun assignments were development of control- and supervision software for Arcam (3D printing) and the porting of a control system to a new software platform and new hardware for Amersham Bioscience.

Responsible for the verification of the embedded control software for the Ericsson radio link MINI-LINK E. Developed an emulator board to be used in a test system. Responsible for porting two ASICs from 5 volt to 3.3 volt technology.
