Experienced Paralegal in IP Team. Supporting the team of Polish and European patent attorneys in administrative work connected with filing Polish and European applications (including online filing using the EPO’s software, eOlf, Online Filing 2.0). Her responsibilities include help in preparing documentation, applications and letters to the offices (the PPO and the EPO) and monitoring the status of pending issues and deadlines. Anna is also in regular contact with the PPO and knows its structure well. She visits the PPO in person to obtain the documents and monitor the status of the cases. Anna also gained experience conncected with Supplementary Protection Certificates (SPC). This includes help with preparation of filing of the application, monitoring the application during it is researched by the PPO till it is granted. Anna also helps in litigation matters carried out before the EPO and the PPO, i.e. work connected with motions for invalidations and oppositions (monitoring, works connected with preparations for the hearing, etc.). Anna is characterized by great responsibility, loyalty and sensitivity to business matters.Foreign languages:1. English - high knowledge of business English;2.
