I was responsible for opening branch in new location. My main responsibilities were:-to recruit and manage the staff in Shrewsbury and Telford area-delivering training to new members of staff (induction training) and experienced carers-talking to potential clients and promoting our services-responsible for day to day operations of domiciliary care services-rostering, sickness cover, holiday cover, back to work interviews-liasing with GPs, Social Services, Councils, Hospitals and Police-completing assessments and reviews on service users and spot checks on members of staff-team meetings, supervisions, appraisals, disciplinary procedures and terminations of employment-audits

I was responsible for day to day operations of domiciliary care services:-managing staff working in Launceston, Lifton and Bude area-recruiting my own team of care staff and delivering induction training-rostering, sickness cover, holiday cover, back to work interviews-responsibility for payroll-placing bids on council and NHS packages- completing assessments and reviews on service users-completing spot checks on members of staff-teem meetings, supervisions, appraisals, disciplinary procedures and terminations of employment

I was responsible for all administration tasks, supporting recruitment team and training department. After that I moved to rostering department.
