Anna Lavery is the Head of Market Enablement for MetLife's Group Benefits business, the nation’s leading provider of non-medical group insurance. Anna is responsible for driving the growth of sales, talent and marketplace relationships through strategic, collaborative and disciplined enablement solutions. Anna previously led the Sales Enablement, Learning Solutions, Sales Force Development teams for MetLife, organizations she built to drive best practices for the Employee Benefits Sales organization including the Sales Trainee Program, the Women in Sales initiative and a broad learning portfolio which has been recognized with the Brandon Hall Gold award for excellence in sales training. Anna began her career in Human Resources (HR), and held various Global HR leadership positions, as Director HR, EMEA Region she led the launch of MetLife Europe and MetLife Assurance, Ltd. Anna held previous HR positions in the telecommunications and retail industries.Anna is passionate about helping organizations and leaders be more productive and most of all helping others to bring out the best in themselves. Anna is a proud graduate of the University of Wisconsin- Madison, with degrees in psychology and business. Anna loves to read, play tennis, cook, dance, travel, watch Big Ten sports and spend time disconnecting in the Les Cheneaux Islands in northern Michigan.
