Supervision of department originally consisting 3 people in two areas: Processes and Purchasing, then expanded with Logistics (6 people team in total).Full responsibility – function of Project Manager for prototype process implementation in BorgWarner Rzeszow facility:- „Make to Order” process implementation by coordination Key Users team consisting employee from my team and other cooperating departments (Protoshop, Finance, Sales, Quality, Application Engineering)- Tool to order prototype turbocharger in SAP implemented (company specific); process defined from technical data creation till goods shipment to the OEM customer- Implementation of „Stock transport” and „Subcontracting process ” in SAP by close cooperation with IT department - Planning and implementation of material flow management system to meet Technical Centre needs - Warehouse Management in SAP.Responsible for launch of warehouse (set up of warehouse space, procurement of necessary equipment & implementation of work instructions and safety rule - all according to ISO/TS 16949).

Technical leader of the project - responsible for all aspects of turbocharger implementation in passenger car applications.Single point of contact between customer and BorgWarner Turbo Systems organization including Tier 2 suppliers.Coordination of all technical issues during the product introduction process.Planning of the technical sub-projects in accordance to the general project schedule.Lead internal technical review / milestones as required by internal DaRT (Development and Release of Turbochargers) process.Determination and coordination of design and validation plans (test request, progress tracking, results assessment and presentation to the customer).Weekly internal and external project team meetings in order to ensure that all project milestones are completed on time and all open issues are closed.BOM (Bill of material) creation, maintenance and release for turbochargers in every project phase (prototype, pre-serial and serial production).Eight months training in German BorgWarner facility in 2011 (Turbo Academy & Training on the Job).Technical lead for five new application of turbocharger for Ford and two products for JLR engines.Support for newcomers in the Application Engineering team.
